An Interview With A Panda Trainer

Tommy Lai who has one of the best jobs in the world－ or at least he thinks so! He' s a panda trainer at Ocean Park. Find out more about Tommy and his fascinating job in the interview below.
How did you become a dolphin trainer?
I saw an advertisement in the magazine. I thought it sounded like an unusual job so i applied. That was nearly four years ago.
What qualifications do you need to became a panda trainer?
Most of the trainers have a degree－ i have a Bachelor of Science in Biology. In the past, most of the trainers studied overground. However, these days there are more graduates from local universities than from overground universities but i was studied at the Chinese University.
What does a panda trainer actually do?
Well, one obvious answer is train pandas. However, we spend less time doing this than people think. Our main responsibility is look after the pandas－ to make sure that they are happy and healthy. For example, the first thing i do every morning is to check their temperature. I also spend a lot of time feeding the pandas, playing with them and cleaning them.
Would you recommend this job to other people?
Definitely no because i think no one will have enough patient and too much time to do this job.

Fuk Lam Reflection=]

We walked on the Temple Street, and went to a dirty building which Fuk Lam Church in. In the building, we need to walked on the stairs. It' s tired. Then we went in the Fuk Lam Church. Wow! That' s beautiful! You can see the church is bright and clean! And the brothers and sisters in the church are really kind. After we watch a video, we talk with the brothers and sisters and we had been friends together. That' s was a wonderful day i think.
If i have time, maybe i will go there again.

19th March, 2008.
Today' s Japanese lesson was good, I love Japanese. If college can learn Korea, that will be great! Then, I went to a restaurant with my parents for tea. Suddenly, the weather turned bad but I still need to went to college to practice the musical for V. Show. Heavy rain and cool wind outside, poor me! But I still felt happy today because I like musical so much.
Oh My God! Typhoon No. 3 and black rain were raised. We must stay at safety places and cannot go out. Oh, what can I do now??? zZzZzZzZzZzZ.............

9 th, March, 2008.

Today, i have got a problem at school. At the second to last lesson, our class went to the laboratory. After i took back my student card to my pocket, i was very carelessness to look down the stairs. Ops! I get hurt! My right leg was sprain, poor me.
I will remember this hurt to warn myself. Becareful when i was going down stairs.

31 th March (Wednesday)
Today is the last day of our Easter Holiday. Actually, my holiday wasn't really happy, except that day. That day was Saturday, my sister took me to Red Box and sing karaoke with her friends, i was very excited. We sang from two o' clock to seven o' clock. We had a great great time.
After we leave Red Box, we went to a restaurant and called a very specially food. We called a cheese with pock noodles, it taste wonderful. This was my first time to eat this food. I really like it. I wanted to eat more.
I really enjoyed that day. But now, i need to sleep, stop here.

Story Writing

1. Exposition
Axl and Stephanie met in the Rainbow Bar. They smoked, drank very happy and had a big big kiss during the party.
2. Rising Action
Later, they was married in a small church. But Axl forgot to bring the ring. Then, someone gave two rings to them but Stephaine, Slash came in, and gave them the rings and told Stephaine remember him because they were old sweetheart.
3. Climax
Axl and Stephanie cut the wedding cake when the wedding party began. And suddenly, Stephaine saw Slash. And think about what he said to herself in the church. So Stephaine danced with Slash because she thought she was owed him. However, it began to rain. Everyone hid and ran.
4. Falling Action
A man jump over the table and broke the wedding cake. Everyone was surprised. At the same time, Slash let Stephaine to go with him but Stephaine to say no.
5. Resolution
Later, someone told Axl his wife Stephaine and Slash were lovers when they were young. Axl was too angry for why Stephaine hadn't tell him. So he walked pass a gun shop and bought a gun to kill Stephaine and Slash. However, Slash kewn it and he bought a gun too. One night, Axl kied Stephaine at their house. Slash kenw it again. And killed himself after killed Axl.
What a sad ending~
